Exceptional courage and professionalism
In a life-threatening situation, Security Guard Victoria Capello demonstrated exceptional courage and professionalism.
While on duty, Security Guard Capello discovered an individual overdosing in a public restroom, not breathing and without a pulse.
She immediately administered Narcan, initiated CPR, and assisted with bag-valve mask ventilation.
Through her quick, decisive actions, she successfully revived the individual, demonstrating exceptional dedication, skill and commitment to the safety and well-being of others.
