Vehicle fire could have caused serious damage
In October 2025, a member of the public encountered a critical emergency when her vehicle caught fire at an intersection.
The security team, which was working on an adjacent property and understood their commitment to the broader community, promptly responded to the scene.
Upon arrival, the security team immediately ensured the driver was safe and out of harm’s way, while also taking swift action to block surrounding roads, protecting the public and maintaining a secure perimeter. This proactive response played a vital role in assisting the fire and protective services, who were then able to focus on extinguishing the blaze without having to worry about managing traffic or bystanders.
The effectiveness of this response highlights the importance of security’s close collaboration with external stakeholders such as fire services.
