Making a difference in the lives of 4 people
This past July, Officer Himanshu has saved four lives by administering Naloxone injections to individuals who were overdosing. Three of the four individuals required multiple doses of Naloxone and Narcan to revive them.
Officer Himanshu works as a security guard in a park where there are unfortunately multiple instances of overdoses, and his commitment to taking action immediately instead of simply calling 911 and waiting for emergency services to arrive have made a real difference in the lives of these individuals.
