First aid for an unhoused individual
Patrol Supervisor Duane Montpetit was on duty when he discovered an unhoused individual who had no vital signs. He immediately began to administer first aid, including Narcan and CPR.
When Security Guard Santosh Singh arrived on-scene, he assisted in providing life-saving procedures while 911 was called.
Without their assistance, the man was unlikely to have survived the incident.
