Prompt assistance to an injured driver
While conducting a patrol in February 2025, Supervisor Mukul Mukul received an urgent call from Security Guard Ishanpreet Singh, who was stationed at a different location. Security Guard Singh reported that a vehicle had crashed into the fences of the property. The crash had deployed the car’s airbags, and the driver appeared disoriented and in need of assistance.
Supervisor Mukul immediately proceeded to the location, where he found the driver sitting on the ground alongside Security Guard Singh. Mukul and Singh provided the driver with water and attempted to calm him down, and Mukul immediately contacted emergency services and provided detailed information about the situation.
Supervisor Mukul responded swiftly and effectively, providing immediate aid to the injured and confused driver. He showed great courage and level-headedness in the face of a chaotic emergency.
