Lifesaving help in a mental health emergency
While conducting routine patrols of shopping mall property, Security Officer Harman Singh noticed a female individual who appeared to be in mental distress.
While he was talking to her, the woman attempted to climb over a railing to jump off and potentially fatally injure herself.
Officer Singh reacted quickly, grabbing hold of the woman to pull her back from the railing, and keeping her safe and calm until emergency services could arrive on-scene and provide the proper resources.
