Primary responder on two separate occasions
On two separate occasions in June 2024, Security Supervisor Edward Gumin was on duty at a retail location when he encountered individuals who were experiencing suspected overdoses.
On both occasions, Supervisor Gumin was the primary responder, and was quick to administer first aid and Naloxone to both individuals, who were able to recover from situations that might otherwise have been fatal.
